AmpliFabrik is an Amplience-focused software development company serving Canada and the USA. We are an Amplience Partner Program member, operated by Senior Maple Marketing Ltd. in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Our team of 25 supports brands and integrators that already run Amplience, from health checks and platform takeovers to maintenance, remediation, ongoing delivery, and specialist engineering. We also support new Amplience builds when they fit the program and partner model.
Our work spans Amplience Support, Amplience Staff, and Amplience Delivery. For brands, we stabilize inherited platforms, improve content models, integrations, Dynamic Media, and publishing, and extend mature implementations with Amplience CMS, Amplience DAM, and Workforce.
For system integrators, we provide white-label developers and build/run teams on time and material. The integrator keeps the client relationship and controls introductions; AmpliFabrik stays unnamed unless invited. We integrate Amplience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, commercetools, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
AmpliFabrik is built around one idea: go deeper on Amplience than a general agency can. We work across the content supply chain before and after go-live, from schemas, extensions, webhooks, Dynamic Media, and cache behavior to governed Workforce workflows with brand rules and human review. We help teams improve implementations as programs grow.
Our goal is to be the number one Amplience partner in Canada and the USA.

Tell us where you are with Amplience: maybe you have a defined brief, a build in flight that needs reinforcement, a live site that needs ongoing support, or a question about whether Amplience is the right platform for what you're trying to do.
Some of our best first conversations start with a half-formed idea. If you don't know exactly what you need yet, send the form anyway. We'll help you shape it.
