AmpliFabrik is a specialist Amplience agency. We do three things: place experienced Amplience people inside client teams, run full implementations from discovery through launch, and look after live sites once they are in production. Every consultant and engineer you work with has shipped production Amplience builds.
We only work on Amplience. Generalist headless CMS and composable commerce agencies typically cover four or five platforms (Contentful, Contentstack, Storyblok, Sanity, Amplience), which means their teams switch between stacks and have to relearn the platform on each engagement. Our content modellers and engineers stay inside one platform. They know Content Hub, Dynamic Media, the SDKs, and the platform extensions from repeat production use.
Three service areas. Amplience Staff is staff augmentation: we place engineers, business analysts, consultants, solution architects, and delivery managers into client teams on a per-day or per-month basis. With Amplience Delivery, we run full project lifecycles, from discovery and content modelling through implementation, front-end integration, QA, and launch. Amplience Care is the post-launch side: platform support, managed retainers, health checks, performance monitoring, platform remediation, and emergency cover.
It depends on the type of engagement. For staff augmentation, we can usually have someone embedded within two weeks of contract signature, sometimes faster if we have a matched profile available. Delivery projects start with a one to two week discovery, and implementation kicks off once the content model is signed off. Emergency support through Amplience Care moves faster: engagements can start within 48 hours, and platform incidents on a Managed Retainer are covered immediately.
Staff augmentation is per person per day. Delivery projects come as fixed-scope packages after discovery, or time-and-materials when scope is still moving. Amplience Care runs on a monthly retainer with a minimum hours commitment, plus an out-of-scope hourly rate for anything extra. You'll get a clear cost breakdown after the first conversation.
